Check the fit name
The name printed on the packaging is the device it is cut for. Confirm it matches yours before you seat it.

Seat the device
Slide the device in base first and press until the lip catches. It should take firm thumb pressure, not force.

Clip the leash
Hook the quick-release clip through the moulded loop and squeeze it shut. Tug once to confirm the gate closed.

Anchor it
Clip the badge reel to a belt loop, bag strap or purse ring. The reel pays out about 24 inches and retracts on its own.
Getting a clean fit
01Wipe the device body first. Dust and residue on the shell are the usual cause of a case that feels loose.
02Warm the shell in your hand for a few seconds in cold weather. It seats more easily above room temperature.
03To remove the device, push from the base opening rather than pulling on the mouthpiece.
Care
Cleaning
Warm water and a drop of dish soap. Dry fully before putting the device back in.
Heat
Keep it off a hot dashboard. Sustained heat can relax the grip lip permanently.
Clip check
Check the gate closes cleanly every few weeks.
